Favicon

Hi there

I'm trying to figure out why I cannot change favicon. I explain the procedure I did

-I used www.favicon.cc to convert a png in a .ico file
-I uploaded via FTP manager in /my.website/template/gl_esport/images and I changed the old favicon.ico with the one I have created.

I also checked the status of the new image by going via web browser in the exact location of the file, where the image is correctly displayed. And I've checked in the sourcecode to see if the path is correct. And it is (<link href="http://my.website/templates/gk_esport/images/favicon.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/vnd.microsoft.icon">).

Regarding this, the standard joomla favicon is displayed. Is not a problem of cache because I'm using chrome's stealth mode navigation.

Hi, your problem is no problem at all - just open your website on other browser and you will see "new" favicon.
Probably if you send me a URL I'll see also only new icon, not old. All browser has this same problem with cache.

If my advice will not help ... let me know.
