Can't open settings of all plugins.

Hi! Now my problems in plugin managing. I can't open settings of any plugin. I installed template from quickStart package. What is the way to decide this problem?

very very strange....
1) try to use other browser in back-end, if not help...
2) it looks that you have problem with your installation, please delete all files, download quickstart again and install Joomla again.
