asks for new categories of first registration

When you create a new category in my e-shop, from asking my customers who are not logged on at first login. for those categories that I created earlier, as shown in the offer price and products, even if they are not logged on.

please go to html folder and change com_virtuemart folder name for a moment. Then please check if issue still exist.
