Hi, please go to Global configuration and check if you have set 'Use URL rewriting' option to No. If no please change it.

I change it to No but the I have the same problem. I clear the cache too but nothing. Can I try something else?

I had previous version but I download the new version and try it but I have the same problem. I changed it back to the old template because I have made some changes in logo and positions. Any more ideas?

One thing more. Please switch template to default one like beez and let me know if issue still exist.

I switch it to beez and I have the same problem. So that means that it isn't from template.

Yes, it means that it is Virtuemart issue. Please ask on their support forum community.
