Captcha not appearing when requesting "Forgot your Password"

I am having problems with Captcha not appearing when someone is requesting their username or password. It appears when a user is registering and sending us a message.

It says -
Please enter the email for your account. A verification code will be sent to you. Once you have received the verification code, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

No box or Anything to enter...

reCaptcha can only be dispalyed once per page. I believe You have a register module already using it on this page. A solution is to disable this extention on Forgot your Password page. You may need to add a new menu item pointing to this page in order to have a menu item which will allow to not attache it there.
