Stock Level Tootip not working

Hi,
I seem to have an issue with esport when you hover over the stock level it displays the tag not the actual message. I knw the messages are in the en-gb file and t works on your demo site. Any idea what could cause it?

I don't see anything wrong.
It displays the stock level icon and the toptip message, as you can see on the screenshot.
