GK News Pro and VM Products with no image

Hi,
I need some guidance on settings or is this a bug. In esport module new products that uses gk news pro if it picks a product that should show the default no image available it just shows a failed pic. Ifg you look at the source it is just pointing to the main directory.
How can I set it to pick up the no image available from VM, (they do in normal VM views)

Thanks

Hi

NSP is using it's own default images. Please read more about it here: https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... pro-gk4-2/

All thumbnails are stored in a module cache/ catalog. Additionally, if a given article does not have images, default images default.MOD_ID.png from default/ catalog can be loaded, where MOD_ID is an ID of our module, e.g. newsprol.

Just one note. Try using the name of default image without a dot after "default". I think it was changed not so long ago.

Hi,
Found the correct place and file format but they are still not being picked up i have set the id of th emodule to newprod and after looking at the php the file to default.newprod.png but it will still only show the red cross and the alt name from VM. I have also noticed that the prices showing using this module suddenly have an Acaret infront of the £ sign that was not there on localhost, once in VM the prices are ok. Any idea where this is coming from?

website is www.rocketsandthngs.co.uk/index.php
thanks

Hi

There may be a mistake in documentation. I think it should be working without a dot in the name on the default file. Please try it.
