'Ask a question about this product' don't send email

Hallo,
I use Joomla 2.5.7, e-sport template last version (quik installation).
When I send the email from the form 'Ask a question about this product' we have the follow message on pop up window:

Notice

You must provide at least one recipient email address.

Message

Mail sent successfully

Thank you for your Question. We will contact you as soon as possible.

the email is not sent and not received.
Could you help me?

Please send me an access to Your joomla panel I'll check settings.

The problem is not setting shop email address! :sick:
