iPad/iPhone BG problems

Hi

I have a this site...

If its viewed on an iPad or iPhone the bg resizes to the centre very small.

I added a background-width line to the css and a

-webkit-background-size: 1903px 5500px; line which sort of works in Safari but not Chrome but looks TERRIBLE, it doesnt seem to render properly.

and yes i know the bg image is huge

First of all if the background size is so big then it won't be rendered properly - as I remember the maximum size of the image loaded in iOS can be equal to 5MP your one is arround 10MP what can cause the problems on the mobile devices and displaying it inproperly or not displaying totally.
