How can I show the diferent prices (without tax, wihotu, discount...) with GK eSpot on Virtuemart and news pro moule?

Please look at module VirtueMart settings tab there you can select type of price but remeber that this price have to be visible also in VirtuMart settings.

But how can I show the price without discount?

Did you check the VirtueMart settings tab inside News Show Pro module ? There you can change the price layout.
