Shipping Info

I am having a major issue with a website I am working on.

www.mikashoes.com/mika

Everytime a new user tries to purchase an item > it goes to the shipping details page

once they fill that out; it takes them to a blank page which states:

Invalid Token, while trying to save user


Can someone please help me understand why this is happening?

I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Hi

Please. Check if this problem is present when you change template to a default joomla one and report here back if it's working there.

Unfortunately it is not working... I don't know what the issue is.. and why it keeps saying invalid token!

Hi

But have You tried to check it with a different template? Because it looks like the issue is related with joomla itself. If it's displaying even with a default joomla template than You should try re-install joomla or ask on joomla developers forum because such issue can be related even with server configuration.

So I changed the template; and it saved the shipping order.

But how can this issue be resolved using the ESPORT template?

also; how do I set up paypal with this e-commerce? It says

Info: Paypal Merchant email is not set. Please configure this parameter in your paypal payment method.

Hi

Ok. So we've learned that it's a template vm style issue. Please as first step update template to the latest version and send me an access to joomla panel.

Hi teitbite,

I usually get that error when I have the login module cached. ( Don't do this )

Also I get that error when I'm already logged on on a different page of the website and then try to login on a old page that was open.

Hi

@360MM I got Your mail. When administrator is not working than problem can be so free space on the server, I've seen such already. Anyway please also set showing errors to "all" so we will have some informations about the problem. Try also reinstall joomla to exclude broken files issue.

Admin space is good; im not sure what happened with it.

I may have moved a few files into another folder; and when I put it back; it wouldn't load administrator.

If I have to re-install it? How do I back up my virtuemart so I don't lose all my products/categories/pictures!

Also, did you ever find out why the shipping info didn't work?

To make a perfect website backup please use Akeeba Backup component.

Sorry, I had no chance to check shipping info, because admin is not working.
