ask question about product - how add in product cart

maybe it is silly question, but I dont know how to add this buton in my product details. I wish to have the same as on demo site:

Is this any additional button in virtuemart 2?

The 'Ask question for product' link can be enabled in VirtueMart settings, please just check the configuration (probably this is in Shop front settings tab)
