orde page missing crucial info's

hi there

please see the image. After ordering a product, the detailed order page misses a lot of crucial info's.

- price per product not visible
- VAT (btw in dutch) not visible per product
- no. of products is not displayed (variable)
- can't change the no. of products (after which you refresh to get a status update)

would like to get direct help from the tech guys...

guys please, this one is pending for days now... the cart option is just totally broken, don't see prices per product, no vat, and can't update my cart, it's all plane white.....

Are you sure that you have enabled showing prices in VM settings ? I've just checked quickstart package and this is what I get >> https://dl.dropbox.com/u/6620832/Zrzut%20ekranu%202012-07-6%20o%2012.24.21.png

unfortunately: yes showing the prices is enabled. the quistart package layout looks also much more "complete". your tables have clear borders etc. but what is really crucial is the missing info's and the amount label.....

can you overwrite/restore/debug?

You template is surely in latest available version ? Please try to reinstall the template or switch to default one to check whether it is not only VM bug.

my template is tweaked, reinstalling is starting from scratch again

i manage to upload only the upgrade files, as explained elsewhere. still no luck with the cart. i will pm you.

I have something similar : when customer makes order he don't get price for products but see how much shipping will be. After customer submits order correct amount for products is shown, but shipping information together with shipping info is gone.

So after I receive order e-mail I don't see what shipping option customer choose and total amount is without shipping (so shipping is always free now).

I use one page checkout, but I think the problem is related to template or to virtuemart as in earlier versions everything worked fine.

After some debate with Virtuemart, i am back at Gavick again.

official statement from VM: "This is clearly the fault of the templater. Looks like a template done for 2.0.2 but not reflecting the changes in 2.0.4. He need todo some small adjustments in his overwrites. Which ones are described for every version, here http://virtuemart.net/component/content/article/420

So long, just disable the template override for the cart. Then it should work directly."

offcourse, i do NOT want to use any standard vm css, since i like bought the Esport template for its look and feel.

In my case it was VM fault :

If you have problems with VM plugins/modules please make sure that after VM upgrade you use VM all in one installer which updates also the extensions (not only component).

@emel if your provide me all details I can install quickstart package for you - there is no problem with this. We've tested this several times - looks at our demo site, prices are visible and cart working.
