Font Size Switcher feature not working

Hello,

The Font size switcher in the backend template admin is not working. I am unable to add an item id and click "add rule" to turn it off on certain pages. I can see on the forum this was an issue with the framework and I have updated the framework, template etc. to no avail. I am editing using Firefox, and tried chrome.

Just to make sure do not enter itemID text itself , only enter the number in there.
