Custom field price: wrong price

We have products where there are several dimensions under one code.

Each size has a different price. In drop down menu it displays correctly but the main cost is counted twice. (The red price should be from the main price of product that is 1075,40 not 2267)

Please check if it happens with other templates as well, if it does you should contact VM team to get better support otherwise please send me a PM to provide with backend and FTP access for further debug.
