esport: rating of products is gone (parameters set to "show"

hi there

i use:
esport (2.9.1)
VM 2.0.6

J 2.5.6
my esport shop is almost ready after heavy malfunctions (stockable variants, etc).

i noticed that the rating system of products is all gone all of a sudden. While all the parameters are most flexible (show to everybody, etc), no rating/stars can be seen whatsoever. The only label is underneath the product, saying "product not yet rated".

would really appreciate direct help from one of the tech guys....

(fyi: the rating system did work with the same template version some days ago, before the reinstallment of VM)

Are you talking about k2 ratings or vm ? Please show me an exact page where I can see this problem.

Hi

Ok. I've logged to Your site, but can You please enable rattings back ? Are You sure rattings are not disabled for some shoppers group ? I'm not a VM expert so cannot help much if it's a configuration issue, but if it's a fault of our style for VM than we solve it for sure.

So please enable ratings and check VM documentation if it's not blocked in some point from displaying.

For reference only:

Review / Rating settings in virtuemart configuration page has following settings.

Example:

Show Review :
------------------- Disabled
------------------- Registered Customers Only
------------------- Customers who purchased this product.

So selecting customers who purchased this product will not display rating/review for registered customers if they haven't bought anything.

Be prepared for the rabbit hole. Bugs all over the place

Although I like the component and the team is doing a lot of effort and they are all hard working but it just has too many bugs, works one minute, breaks down on second minute

You mean VM ? Yeap I've seen it too. Norman You are more familiar with VM can I ask You something ? Do You know how to force VM to use greek characters in pdf invoices ??

What is the output of the pdf invoice , missing letters such as lots of ???????????? instead of greek letters.

How does your standard joomla article pdfs with Greek letters look, same or joomla is ok?
