Problem with SEF links

Hello,

I`m having problems with setting SEF links to virtuemart
I have Joomla! 2.5.4 and VM 2.0.6

My settings are :
Search Engine Friendly URLs - yes
Use URL rewriting - yes


Now my links in joomla looks like this - http://atraktivna.com/blog/45-love-natu ... after-rain
And my virtuemart links looks like this - http://atraktivna.com/component/virtuem ... l?Itemid=0

I would like my links look like this - atraktivna.com/category/product

I`ve posted about this problem in VirtueMart forum, but they said that this would be a problem with gavick template menu settings.

I can't understand why they could say that problem with SEF links was related to template because the template doesn't render links but Joomla, it just displays what Joomla renders.

How to make link like this : mydomain.com/category/product

Now I have mydomain.com/menunaime/category/product

Does the joomla SEF should be enabled ?

P.S. I also found post in VM forum, that GA esport template has problems with this due to some menu things

If you are not really good at coding, you should use some SEF component that you can find in http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... gement/sef
