product view, several issues

i am using:
j 2.5.6
VM 2.0.6
esport template

i use stockable variants, therefore i disabled the "+" sign (add to cart). i need to have the price label aligned to the centre (see image).

You give us most of details but please also check template version (in templateDetails.xml file) or if you have the latest one it should be visible in backend. The URL to your site will be also helpful to help you with this issues.

thank you for fixing the first issue, however the second is still pending.

disabling ALL the price fields end up with no price at all (not o.k.)
disabling ALL the prices EXCEPT the main/sales price end up with the grey box still.....

This can't be fixed without modifying VM files so please send me ftp access. This is VirtueMart problem because it displays this div element even when there is no price. You can change background to white to avoid problem easily.
