Alignment of Header position with User positions

I cannot get the User positions to align with the header position on the homepage. The problem seems to be on the right hand side - User 3 position. I've tried to change the margin and border, and while I have been able to align the top and bottom, I can't get the right side to align.

Any suggestions?
