Template too slow

Hi, i made the esport quickstart installation, in a subdomain hosted in godaddy.Te site is very very slow.Any sugestions ?

Hi, i think i found somthing .By enabling tha cache plugin the site is very fast.But there is a problem.All articles are shown twice.What could i do?

Hi,
I also had the same problem when articles are shown twice, I noticed then that virtuemart and 'enabling tha cache plugin' not working together.
