How to get facebook to appear on the startpage

Hi,
Please, how do I get facebook to appear on the startpage, I have initiated all facebook parameters but there is no Facebook buttons on either side.

Which Facebook buttons you want to show on your homepage? The parameters are used to configure to show Facebook login button in Login page and Facebook like and share buttons in article pages.

However I don't see the login module on your homepage, you need to have a login module and assign it to login positon.
