Problem posting a comment

I just checked that by posting a comment on a product, all modules to
the right of the template, move to the bottom. Passing in either position
, "Right_Top" "Right_Left" "Right_Right" "Right_Botton" even in the "
Inset2". In all positions, is the same. I add some screenshots so you
can see the result. Joomla version is 2.5.4 and the template is the "
eSport 2.6.1".

Can anyone tell me* * how to fix it. Thank you very much**.

I am going to take a wild guess and say it's because you are using VM 2.0.2.

The comments weren't working properly for me either when I had that version. I suggest getting the new version of this template that including VM 2.0.4 when they release a stable version.

VM 2.0.2 seems like it is causing a whole lot of problems with this template.

Virtuemart version is 2.0.4, Joomla 2.5.4 and the template is updated to 2.8.1
It happens in the product detail page.
Thanks for you help.

Hi

I've just tried to check it, but I can see it's a validation issue http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http% ... ne&group=0

Are You using a gavick style for VM ? It doesn't look familiar to me and this validation error is inside this style.

I think everything is configured to use the style Gavick in vm. If you tell me how to confirm that everything is correct, I'll check.
Thank you very much for your help and time.

Hi

Ok. I cannot find the reason of this issue. So it's time to send it to programmers.

Please send me a complete access to Your site: joomla panel access and ftp access. I need to give it to programmers so they will be able to check it from every angle.

Hi

That's odd. I've just tried with an access You gave before and it worked. 2h ago it was giving an "Incorrect password".

OK. I'll grab some dinner now and will deal with Your issue myself. Programmers claiming that this is not our style.

Have You removed comments ? Or changed the style recently ? Please put everything back.

Hi

It was a bug in VM template for comments. One unclosed <div>, but to keep it looking ok I haven't modificated VM but added a CSS code which will display it propperly (just in case You update VM in the future and this bug will back):

Code: Select all
#gkMainBlock {
    position: relative;
}

#gkRight {
    position: absolute;
    right: 0;
    top: 0;
}
