eSpot web site is frozen and slow

Hi

www.e-fit.es when opens the screen remains white, it does not open. Sometimes clicking on the refresh button it comes to life.
I tested with all browsers, the same.
Customers start complaining.

I got other 2 sites at the same housing, with joomlart templates, they work fine and fast

Any solutions?

Show me with which page You got the most problems. I didn't experienced what You've mentioned. Also running a test shows that page loaded in less than 3s, so it's a great result.

Solution was to get my hosting company to switch me to a better server and turn on cache on everything (In global config and modules/plugins).

My site load time is pretty good now.

I can see this site working fast even on this server. But there is a couple of plugins which can speed up any joomla site, like for example: JFinalizer, Image Lazy Load, etc . Try search joomla extentions page. I'm sure You will find something for You.

Well, when you have 3 sites on the same server, and compare with other 2 sites done with templates from other different than gavick, gavick doesn´t open, and the other 2 are fast openning................ the problem is not the hosting!

Happy you are happy with Gavick, but I´m feedup of poor performance, continuos problems and lack of support, as non of the moderators bother even to read what you ask, or check anything!

Yes I did check Your site and even run couple of tests. Site is working ok for me. Nothing got frozen or anything. Try clear cache, maby You see it like that because of some content/extention/modifications which are not on a site but got stuck in Your cache. If You want than I can show You via TeamViewer that problem is not visible wen I look at it.

Just checked from 2 different computers, in different locations, when you enter www.e-fit.es, the screen of the browser remains white, so the web site dont even start! WHITE SCREEN!

No answers, as usual, things do not work, and no one knows the answer, so better remain quiet
This is unbelievable! I feel cheated, not because the 40 Euros, but because the ammount of work I have to do now to change all the web to a different template THAT WORKS, NO LIKE THIS ONE!

Noone is being quite. It was a sunday. Please let me spend one day in a week with my family

I've checked it one more time. This time on my and my wife's computer with couple of different browsers. Still haven't seen white screen. I believe we need to meet on skype so I'll be able to use Your computer to track the issue. My skype is teitbite. From Your site I will need to update joomla and template to the latest version to eliminate bugs which was fixed already. Please also in joomla panel global configuration for server set error level value to maximum, so we will be able to see what got break when white screen takes over.
