I remember when I first had this problem it was because I didn't put Facebook API app ID in the plugin section AND the template side settings.

You have to add the Facebook API app ID and Facebook API secret under..
Extensions > Plugins > Authentication - Facebook and then make sure it's enabled

Then under Extensions > Template manager > gk_esport > SOCIAL API > Facebook API id

Yea it works fine for me. Another thing is to make sure the setting through facebook are correct and that the thing is hosted (I just selected the free host it provides).

You HAVE to set that up, simply click the link it gives you >>> (Get one)

Once you set that up it should work. Just use the free one it gives you, I think it is Heroku or something.

then the problem is the plugin and not a bad setup on facebook?

Try using these setting and take off sandbox mode.

Only other thing I can think of is if you didnt settup the free host thing right but dont remember if you had to do anything with that.

The pop-up works when you click on login with facebook and it shows you can login with it then it brings you to a page in template that says :

Seems like its not accepting facebook login now. I'm going to try to fix it tomorrow but this was first time I have tried it with new template version.

You can resolve at last, I had to re-install the template, then the only problem I had was not working in google Chorme but was solved by deleting the cache and cookies

Ok. Let start over than. First please make sure template, joomla and facebook authentication plugin is updated. Than remind me the url of Your site. I should have have it somewhere but something must have changed.

I've posted a screenshot of what I see in panel after login. Maby You have some security plugin, or my user's access is not working only. If it's the second case than it shows that there is something wrong in joomla itself. So I would advice to reinstall it.
