Mobile menue showing on desktop with no way to switch to des

Greetings,
My template is showing mobile instead of desktop.. I have no idea what happened or how it got changed...Also I have never been able to login via facebook on to the desktop version and no one has responded to my forum posts...

Im having the same problem, assistance needed
