Currency symbol in front

How do you get the currency symbol in front of the price?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

If you are using virtuemart 2.2 go to currency settings and select your currency, Scroll down until you see your symbol. There you can set as following examples.

{symbol} {price} symbol in front of price.
{price} {symbol} price first then symbol.
