Virtuemart Error when trying to create Category

I get the following error message when i try to go into Virtuemart and change or create a new Category.

Can anybody help i really like this template but i need to have virtuemart working properly.

Any Suggestions?

I also get errors in other parts of Virtuemart.

I use a mac book pro and have tried both Opera and now firefox.

I just cant seem to either change a categorys name or create a new one.

This is a fresh quickstart install the first thing i did was try and change a category and create one this is the third fresh install i have done today.

Just thought would put some more detail in to help sort out a solution to this problem
