"My Cart" - results in blank page

I installed the sample data and it is not working.

See the problem here: Please help!

There are SO many errors with this template. News Show Pro is not working with another language. Virtuemart 2 is not working with the Joomla Version, you provide.

Please help!

I think my issue is related to this topic. Using Joomla 2.5.1 and VM 2.0.1E (latest).

I positioned the VM Category module in top left for all pages, and default display in mainbody of all top level category with images.

After adding products to the cart, clicking the cart will show the total and a "Show Cart" link.
Clicking the "Show Cart" link to check out, does NOT display the full cart check out page. In my case now it re-displays the category menu in the left column and the top level category images in the mainbody.

Before this, having some different parameters in the modules, including VM category to display ONLY on my main "Shop On Line" menu, I would get a BLANK PAGE.

Hello,

so the title of the subject fits exactly on my problem. If I lay(put) something in the goods basket and call this then, I see only one small white window see Screenshots.

I use Joomla 2.5.1 and Virtuemart 2.0.1 N as well as PHP 5.3.8 under xampp 1.7.7. But also on the web server it does not function(work).

Can somebody help(assist) me?

Hi!

I had this problem because I installed the J!1.7-template to a J2.5.1 installation.
After installing the J!2.5-template I had two different templates directories on the server, you probably see by using an FTP access - one with only lower cases and one with lower/upper cases. I used an other standard template, uninstalled the eSport template, deleted the remaining folders by FTP and reinstalled the right template version again - then it worked!

Please check! Hope I could help!

By the way - after installing VM2.0.2 I have a blank page by entering the product details - except of the product title and the rating - and the "News Shop Pro GK4" module lost its eShop styling, too. No answers from the support! ;(

Hi worschdwilli,

I've used from the beginning of Joomla 2.5.1 and Virtuemart 2.0.2 today. Also tests with Joomla 1.7 brought no success. The problem still exists.

hi,

I found the error. I have now compared the gk_esport template folder and found that only the cart.php missing. This I simply copied from the Quick install and now it works.

You must have forgot to add the cart.php file in the XML file for the template. It is among the template files but it doesn´t get installed.

I had a similar issue using eSport - both the My Cart link nor the cart icon caused a blank modal window.

I found the solution in some older threads here. The issue was related to a missing cart.php file in the non-quickstart package. I'd downloaded the quickstart package, and copying/uploading the cart.php file from that and found everything working.

It appears that the template-only package doesn't include this file. My version, eSport 2.10.1, downloaded just a few days ago does NOT include the cart.php file.

I have the similar issue @ http://hairtrendsandtools.com

Joomla Version: 2.5.6
Virtuemart Version: 2.0.8e
eSport Template Version: Latest

I have tried all suggestions from the forum, but none of them works for me, please check and help me to solve the issue.
