Error!!! Unable to call the mail.

Failed to register user: An error occurred when sending a letter with registration information. Administrator of the site was sent a message about this problem. How to fix it ??? thanks for help

Please properly configure your Joomla mail system, you can find it in global configuration.

Thank you for your reply. I have configured my mail server

smtp
Authorization for the SMTP-server- Yes
smtp- ssl
port- 465
smtp server- smtp.gmail.com

I go the same error. How can I even set up a mail server?
