Virtumart, default sort by DESC of Product Creation Date

Dear ALL

when i add my product with virtumart ,and set sort default by "Product Creation Date"

In the front page of CATEGORIES, the default is ordering from oldest to newer, this is not our client want to see.

Because every client when view the list, they want to see the newest products at firstly.

How could I make the list by DESC of ordering as default? not click "Sort by Product Creation Date -/+"

I think You should ask this question to VM support, because we have only created a style matching our template for VM. We have not changed it's functionality.
