how to remove the top site message that says:

and

translate top that says:

your account

Hi,
it is Custom HTML module called 'PageTop' and published in 'pagetop' position. You can unpublish it or edit this module and add own text. To translate it you have to make module for each language you have with text in this language.

Where can i find the Custom html module....?????? i wana change where it says 1.800.800.8080
