Disable mobile view

How ca i disable mobile view?

I don't know about how can change mobile default language. In desktop language default is spanish but in mobil view english. I need default spanish. If is not possible then i need disable mobile form.

Please open template settings and at this tab >> http://d.pr/i/pMlj configure for all mobile, facebook etc. default view which means that it will always show the desktop layout.
