Maybe I'm blind but still see latest stable version as 2.0.14 (http://d.pr/i/J1fc)

Of course 2.0.16 is available but latest stable available to download is 2.0.14 (http://d.pr/i/UOMW). Of course we will update store templates to 2.0.16 version as soon as it will be stable version recommended for all users.
