order totals not showing in VM2

Hi,

I'm using your template and quickstart package on a VM2 web site.
There is a big problem - product prices and order totals are not shown in the checkout.
According to the VM forum, this is most likely caused by template overrides - can you check out the issue for me?

What version of VirtueMart you use ? 2.0.12f ?

that's right.
Intending to upgrade to 2.0.14 shortly.

Could you switch to default template like 'Beez' and check whether the problem still exist ?

Strange - I have the same issue using the Beez template!
I'll try upgrading the Vm installation and see if that helps.
Any other tips of what to do?

the important part is :

A simple solution to this issue has been published on the VM support forum. You need only log into your PHPMyAdmin tool and run the following query:

UPDATE '[prefix]_virtuemart_product_prices' SET 'virtuemart_shoppergroup_id'=NULL WHERE 1

Please note that this was strictly a problem with the VirtueMart extension and not our products.

Thanks - that didn't fix the issue this time.
I'll dive into the VM forum and see what they come up with.

I found the solution.
This time it was caused by my own pricing settings in Virtuemart - I think I had set only the salesprice without tax and the standardized price to appear. When I experimented with this and enabled other prices - then the prices showed up again.
Whew!
