Fonts Options Panel doesn't work

Hi,
there must be something wrong in the "font" panel in the administrator settings on this template...

The default font is "arial", which it would be great, but i see all over the web site (menu, title, content, module etc...) another font which is actually very bad... how can i change it if, as i already wrote, it should be already "arial"?

Could you attach me a screen with this 'bad' font ? Did you check the other groups fonts (you will find three separate groups of fonts settings in template options).

I don't think attach a screen could help..."bad font" means an ugly font which is not supposed to be there cause i chose "arial" (which actually it was the default one) but still showing another font (who knows which one?). Perhaps i could send you the access so you can have a look if you tell me where i can send it...

Are you sure that you have changed also CSS selectors ? Please provide me admin details (via PM with link to this topic) and I'll look at your configuration.
