Where to past the <head> code

They write me this.
Here is your unique widget code. You can also retrieve this in the Dashboard.
Copy and paste the following code after <head> but before </head> on your website.
I go to templates/gk_esport/layouts/blocks but i pasted every wear but not working
What is the filename and line.
PLS HELP

Hi please try to layouts/blocks/head.php and paste it at the bottom.
