Select Shipment Method and Payment Method Strange Position

Hello,

It's kind of strange how Select Shipment Method and Payment Method are located inside the table which displays the bill.

I'm trying to get this options out of there and locate them in a more suitable place.
Also I want to add in the shipment method "Pick up in Store" a simple form to select one store from a list.

Im working on it, hope somebody will share the same interest as me to have something like this done and could give me hand.
