Hi,
First, Try turning off error reporting in your Joomla site. Log into your website's backend as an Administrator then go to Global Configuration. Click on the Server tab and look for the Error Reporting drop down menu. Select "none" and then click on the Save (or Save & Close) icon then reload your front end website. That should take care of "Strict Standards" notices but see if that takes care of the language file errors.

One of warnings is connected with Joomla! core code and in my opinion as it is not fixed the users should disable the E_STRICT errors from their error_reporting in the php.ini file. Ask you hosting support how to do this.

I suggest to use newest template, since this is already an "old man".
