Change "read more"

Hi. I am using The Real Design and K2 on www.fotograflagerlof.se. If I want "Read more" beneath the posts to display the title as a link instead, or even "Read" and then the title as a link, is that possible without changing code?

I would prefer to be able to change "Read more" into Swedish for example. Can I do that in admin somewhere?

You can change/translate it in K2 component language file ROOT/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_k2.ini
