Slow highlight link and background....

Hi

How you do slow highlight and change color on a link? I "must" use this style in Butiqe template. Plese tell me where i must change code? It's jQuery? Only CSS?

I talking aboud slow, change color ex. from white to blue. Not at once. That function have new gavick template ex. pixellove, realdesign, music itd. Normal i use a and a:hover but then colour is change fast from one colour to second. I mus use gentle change.

On Gavick site is the same effect in main menu.
