programming errors

1) these are the error on pages i get from my server end

2) i m not able to receive mails from my contact form
i did the following settings check the attachment

1. Those are warnings not errors. Please disable error reporting in Joomla and they will not show.
2. It looks like an issue with Joomla itself. What module are you using as a contact form?

2) i dont use any module , i think it is set directly from admin

Please check if using default Beeze template allows you to send emails.
