Add Scrolling Background between Modules

I am trying to add the scrolling section from music state demo ( best albums - featured artist) onto my page and nothing I do appears to work. here is my page

I want to add it after break above " featured athletes" Any thoughts?

I am interested in a solution to this problem, too.
I searched the forum by search function and didn't find a clue to this.
And poor enough I didn't find any answers to it in the documentation yet.

So, how can I realize these single page sections that are shown in the demo?

I am also wondering if there are instructions on how to do this... Been trying to look for the answers for a while
