Sub Menu displayed underneath main menu

Hello,
When i select a sub menu item, it is being displayed underneath the main menu instead of showing when hovered.
Attached is a screen shot.
This happens for certain menu item and doesn't happen for some menu item.

Hello Cyberek,
I have managed to solve my problem.
I have another question.
I want to change the color of the module title background. I have added module variation, using title2 in module suffix.
ANd i want to change the color of the background from black to something else. Can you please let me know how to do this?
