How can i get rid of this error: TPL_GK_LANG_ERROR_DESC

Why is my language file not rendering this message into normal text? I have uploaded the newest language file into the root/language folder, but it's still not using the correct language. Why?

Please check whether you have this phrase in language file. Of course you uploaded new language file to root/language/en-GB directory not just only root/languages ?
