Logo customizing and Upper margin

In the attachment, I have two question:
1. Can I make the logo header like the picture i made ? How ?
2. How to change the size of page upper margin(sorry,i don't know the technical name) ?
3. How to decrease the margin that separating the logo and the mainmenu ?

This web demo is on my localhost now, so (now) i can't show you the online one.

1. Yes this is possible but demands custom changes in your installation - there is no code that I can give you to add until I can't see the site.
