XML Parsing Error at 2:14. Error 41: Attribute without value

Hello,
can anyone help me with this error:

XML Parsing Error at 2:14. Error 41: Attribute without value

i dont know why i going in my site: http://www.atleticozurigo.ch/ and its all ok, then i go another time and i become the error....

I believe this is caused by Weather Module as it gets its data from Google Weather Api. Recently Google Service goes up/down so it gives xml error.

You can see server status from below link, for 4 days it is having problems.
