Lots of template bugs and no answer

I had sent you (Don and Konrad) a PM with my url asking why the template has so many bugs...

I get your message but the URL is not working, it redirects to non existing page which can be cause by different things. Firstly you should recreate this menu item, secondly if it should be JomSocial page please try to reinstall JomSocial. Then if the page still not work please enable Joomla debug mode which should give us more details.

I had sent you the correct url to 2 of you (only thing changed was instead of jomsocial at the end of the menu now is in the home page), not so hard to check, and still waiting for a real solution. The problem is with YOUR template, not with my Jomsocial installation because other templates work perfectly.

I'm very dissappointed with your support, so unorganized and avoiding me with silly things. You are selling a template that doesn't work without having to touch code, if I don't receive any solution in the next 24h I will have to ask for my money back.

I've forwarded your message to our moderator who made this JS styles, surely you get response.

I checked your backend and I've added selectors in font section. Now it looks better. I also set width of template do 1085px. As in default. Some issues was because width was to small. To fix invite friends issue please download latest Jomsocial music theme and override events.viewevent.php file.

The new font doesn't look good, it's like very pixelated, haven't you seen that?

What about the personalized module issue with title3a suffix style I asked you?

You can always change font in template manager. Please choose which you want to use. About this module you asked, please download latest template update from here https://www.gavick.com/download/joomla- ... music.html I checked links and they are working. Do same with our jomsocial theme. Just in case before you override files do backup.

when you say upload jomsocial theme, you mean all the folder or the file gk_style/events.viewevent.php is enough?

What's the difference between jomsocial_theme, jomsocial_2.6_theme and jomsocial_2.6.1_theme?

For jomsocial gk_style/events.viewevent.php is enough. Diffrence between this two versions is that 2.6.1 include changes between jomsocial 2.6 and 2.6.1

with this kind of answers I'm not surprised the much work you have to do

Anyway, after uploading template and theme the problem with the sufix module is still there...how to change module style to make it all the same?

Please give me email I will send you file to override. It will let you have suffix working for module published in jomoscial position.

To fix rest issues please add to override.css

everything works fine except inside My Profile Preferences in Internet Explorer 8: the left submenu about email settings swallows the submenu, the menu and the breadcrumb module...

An other issue, now in the template settings of the administrator panel all the right side expands itself misteriously (not up and down as usual, it's left to right )

this is one of the template features, added in one of updates for users with lower screen resolutions.

I don't think 1280x1024px is a low resolution, I can work perfectly without this feature, is it possible to disable it? it's quite annoying

What about the IE8 error?

About IE8 error. This is JS issue. If you switch to default template, you will see that it happends too. Please ask on their forum community.
