quickstart hanging

I'm installing a quickstart for Music and it is hanging after the database credentials are entered.

I host on startlogic.com

You are using quickstart for Joomla 2.5 ? If yes the recommended PHP version for Joomla 2.5 is 5.3+, please check official Joomla documentation - docs.joomla.org
