JS Invitation bug

Hi their

I have a bug in the invitation part of JS on dance4me.com
when inviting friends it opens popup but the popup does not change after clicking on "send friend request":

at the other end the friend gets several friend requests so I guess the request is sent out but as nothing changes the users are clicking on the send buttom several times...

pls help me out.

can pls somebody help me.
It's realy a strange error. just the "add friend" buttom does not close the popup.
If I click on cancel it closes normally.

please note that english language is working fine. it is just not working with german language.
