Hi,

the captcha field is not showing when visitors click on the 'forgot password' or 'forgot username' options.
I disabled mod_GK_register. Standard joomla captcha is enabled. I've seen there are a few posts about this topic, but I didn't find a solution for this one.

To fix this problem you need to upgrade template to latest available version (remember also to update login/register modules)

Hi,

I have the latest template and modules installed. I just went through all the steps again and I think I found what the problem is, but not the solution.

I disable GK_mod_register because I followed the steps in another thread to change the link for the registration to Jomsocial (https://www.gavick.com/forums/music/cha ... 12177.html). If I enable it the popup registration shows and the Captcha works fine on the 'forgot password/username links, but if I disable it, it goes to Jomsocial login page, but then the Captcha doesn't work.

Thanks,
Tony

Sorry but reCaptcha on JomSocial login page is not template or any Gavick product issue, you should contact with JomSocial company with this problem.

Sorry but i don't think that's the problem. The problem is that when I disable GK_mod_register, the captcha on the login pages doesn't show with the forgot password/username options, regardless if I use Jomsocial or not. So is there a way to turn off the Captcha and let users only fill in their email address to retrieve a lost username or password?

Global Joomla! settings enable captcha on all pages or disable at all, there is no option to select pages where captcha should be active.
